I offer three types of pricing:
1. PROJECT BASED PRICE
Perfect for defined pieces of work such as HR strategy, culture projects, job architecture, onboarding improvements or HR technology implementation.
You’ll receive a clear scope and a fixed fee, so you know exactly what to expect.
2. HOURLY OR DAILY RATES
Ideal for shorter pieces of work, advisory support or one-off sessions.
My rates reflect the seniority and breadth of experience you’ll receive, from people analytics through to organisational effectiveness.
3. ONGOING SUPPORT
If you’d like continued partnership beyond a single piece of work, I offer three options designed to give you ongoing insight, clarity and strategic support. These packages help you maintain momentum, understand your people through data and strengthen your HR foundations as you grow.
